Agency Procurement Policy (PDF) - The Department of Premier and Cabinet's procurement policy aims to advance the objectives of government, provide opportunities for local and indigenous suppliers and maintain rigour and integrity in our processes.
Internal decision-making
Executive Management Group (EMG)
The EMG assists the Parliamentary Counsel in the performance of the office's functions in a flexible and transparent way, according to its terms of reference.
The members of the EMG are the Parliamentary Counsel, each Deputy Parliamentary Counsel (Legislative Program) and the Executive Director, Legislation and Business Services.
Legislative Standards Committee (LSC)
The LSC is responsible for establishing and reviewing the office's drafting practices to ensure the Queensland statute book is of the highest standard.
QuILLS Development Committee (QDC)
The QDC is responsible for the development and enhancement of the Queensland Integrated Legislation Lifecycle System (QuILLS), OQPC's proprietary system for the creation, management, publication and storage of authorised versions of legislation.
